BLACKPINK\u2019s return to music has been a riveting sight to see. Nearly two years after 2020\u2019s The Album<\/a><\/em>, the K-pop stars reunited for their second album Born Pink<\/em>. The record, which was released in September 2022, sees the singers bristling with a confidence that matches their impressive list of accolades since their debut<\/a>. BLACKPINK\u2019s vocal chemistry sounds anew on this pop-powered release, and they\u2019ve made sure to show that on their latest tour. And now, they\u2019re giving fans one last opportunity to witness this era live. <\/p>\n On Aug. 16, the K-pop starlets added two final shows<\/a> to their Born Pink <\/em>tour. Aptly dubbed as the \u201cfinale,\u201d these stops will see them returning to Seoul, Korea on Sept. 16 and 17. This is a full circle moment for the \u201cPink Venom\u201d<\/a> singers, as they kicked off the tour in the same city in October 2022. <\/p>\n Luckily, one of these live efforts will be special for global BLINKs. According to their YG Entertainment label, BLACKPINK\u2019s Sept. 17 show will be streamed on WeVerse<\/a> \u2014 a fandom platform dedicated to K-pop idols. Tickets for the online stream will be available to purchase on the group\u2019s WeVerse shop on Aug. 29. Meanwhile, in-person tickets for both shows will be sold via Interpark<\/a>. <\/p>\n This announcement comes after BLACKPINK added another leg of shows. On April 16, BLACKPINK added four U.S. stadium shows to their tour<\/a>, extending their time on the road to early fall. Fittingly titled Born Pink: Encore<\/em>, those shows saw the singers returning to U.S. cities such as New Jersey, San Fransisco, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles throughout August. However, Frontier Touring \u2014 a concert promotion company that oversees shows in Australia and New Zealand \u2014 shared on Twitter that certain dates had been canceled<\/a>. So far, BLACKPINK nor their label have released a new rescheduled date for their New Zealand show. <\/p>\n Following their time in Australia, BLACKPINK will embark on their Encore<\/em> tour in mid-August. <\/p>\n As a final hurrah, the singers will end their tour two shows in Korea in mid-September. <\/p>\n It\u2019s safe to say the group will perform their Born Pink album, including singles \u201cShut Down\u201d<\/a> and \u201cPink Venom.\u201d<\/a> Sonically, this album doesn\u2019t stray from their usual sonic recipe of delivering charismatic one-liners<\/a> over punchy pop arrangements, and that seemed to both impress and bore BLINKs.
